By accessing and using the African Evaluation Models (AEM) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
AEM enables secure data sharing and model evaluation. As a user, you retain full ownership of the data you contribute to the platform. By uploading data, you grant AEM a license to securely process and evaluate it in accordance with our network protocols. You agree not to upload malicious data, illegal content, or information that infringes on third-party rights.
When participating in predictive modeling challenges and hackathons on the AEM platform, you must abide by the specific rules provided for each event. AEM reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating these rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. AEM implements advanced security measures, but you must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
AEM is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the continuous availability or accuracy of the platform. AEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
